We offer Australia Post Standard or Express shipping (method of your choice) worldwide.

Alternate carriers, Insurance and signature on arrival can be arranged, via email, at an extra cost to you. 

Administration of claims and tracking issues will remain your responsibility.

Express Post - Overnight Delivery within Australia - excluding weekends and public holidays. Allow up to two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Express International - 220+ destinations. Allow 3-6 Business days. 

Standard International - 220+ destinations. Allow 5-10 Business days.

Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply.

Free standard exchange shipping

Is available for Australian and International orders. Is only available for an exchange once per order, and capped at 1kg Standard shipping. 

You will need to cover the cost of your return shipping back to our Studio. Once your return is received your exchange item will be shipped Standard, free of charge, capped at 1kg

Express shipping for this service can be arranged at additional cost to the customer. Email us to arrange this.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. All domestic and international orders will be delivered via Australia Post. You can track your order on the Australia post website.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are only able to re-direct packages at the extra cost to you. If you have any further enquiries relating to your delivery, please email us

Ownership & Risk 

​Ownership and risk of damage in transit passes to you upon dispatch of goods from BY BETTINA LIANO to your specified delivery address. Insurance and/or signature upon delivery can be requested via email at an additional cost to you.

BYBL will not be liable for any delay or failure caused by the Shipping Company.

Should you require it, please request insurance via email at an additional cost to you.

We do not refund lost or stolen packages, so please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. 

International orders may incur customs duties and other taxes. These charges are entirely your expense. If you choose not to pay these charges and your parcel is returned to us, your order or shipping costs will not be refunded. In this event email us for more information

Should your order not be cleared by Customs, therefore be returned to us,  BYBL are not responsible for any costs.

The recipient is responsible to pay the applicable duty in order to clear the goods at their arrived destination.
