Shipping Charges / Delivery Times

​​We use Australia Post,

Express Post *Overnight Delivery within Australia - excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Standard shipping is 2-6 business days.

​Allow up to two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

BY BETTINA LIANO will not be liable for any delay or failure caused by the Shipping Company.

Should you require it, please request insurance via email, at an additional cost to you.

FREE STANDARD RETURN SHIPPING: Is capped at a maximum of one size Small Australia Post envelope - Up to 5 kg. 

Does not apply to International or overseas delivery addresses.

Applies only to Full price Pre -Orders made directly to our head office via email.

Does not apply to any Sale or discounted items.

We will, however always pay for standard shipping on despatch of exchanged items, capped at once only, for one Small Austalia Post envelope - up to 5 kg. 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

​Your order will be delivered via Australia Post. You can track your order on the Australia post website.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are only able to re-direct packages at the extra cost to you.

Ownership & Risk

​Ownership and risk of damage in transit passes to you upon dispatch of goods from BY BETTINA LIANO to your specified delivery address.
