We offer Australia Post Standard or Express shipping (method of your choice) worldwide. Alternate carriers, Insurance and signature on arrival can be arranged, via email, at an extra cost to you. Administration of claims and tracking issues will remain strictly your responsibility. This will include goods lost in transit. BYBL is not responsible for goods lost in transit. A refund or store credit will not be provided.
RETURN POLICY - AUSTRALIA AND INTERNATIONAL
REFUNDS. We often and likely will make to order. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling) unless goods are faulty or not as described. We will always exchange or provide online store credit. Note that our online store credits do not expire.

SALE ITEMS can be returned for exchange or online store credit . An exchange is accepted, strictly ONCE, against the original order, and will not qualify for a further exchange or refund. CUSTOM OPTION ORDERS are strictly Final Sale,(including sizing & fit, colour, or styling) non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for online store credit

OUTLET SALE items purchased during an Outlet Sale wil be marked as FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or online store credit (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling)
FREE EXCHANGE SHIPPING You will need to cover the cost of your return shipping back to our Studio. Once your return is received your exchange item will be shipped Standard, free of charge. Express shipping for service can be arranged, via email, at additional cost to the customer

RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange on eligible items due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Change of mind returns/exchanges are not accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items purchased in a physical store cannot be returned to BYBL Online store.
Where a purchase does qualify for a refund and the original payment method was a gift card or credit note, a new Credit Note will be issued as the refund, or in the event of a credit balance. Gift Cards and Credit Notes cannot be transferred
Credit Notes and Gift Cards do not expire, and are valid immediately.
In the event of a refund , all Gateway fees plus original cost of postage, will be deducted from 'change of mind' refunds. Refunds can take up to 28 days to land in your bank account
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified
All refunds can only be refunded to the account used to purchase the goods.
BYBL is not responsible for goods lost in transit. We are unable to provide a credit note or refund.
DUTIES. INTERNATIONAL
Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply.
The recipient is responsible to pay the applicable duty in order to clear the goods at their arrived destination.
Should your order not be cleared by Customs, therefore be returned to us, BYBL are not responsible for any costs.
If the recipient would like to query any duties charged they should contact the customs service in their country.
HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEMS
We require notification in writing , within 14 days of the date of the dispatch of your order. 21 days for international customers. Please email info.bybettinaliano@gmail.com to advise or for any further information.
Outlet items purchased during an outlet sale will be marked as ‘Final Sale’ and will not be eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange or Credit Note based on change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling).
Our return process is as follows:
Step #1. Contact us info.bybettinaliano@gmail.com within fourteen days of receiving the garment and let us know your intention, reason for the return and your order number.
Step #2. Within three days of the exchange being authorised. Post the garment to our return address;

We do not supply return labels: you must organise shipping with your preferred carrier. Please email to us your tracking information. Returns without tracking information may not be accepted. The garment remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit. We do not offer store credit for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Step #3. Once we receive the original garment, we'll make sure it meets the return standards listed. Provided your original garment meets these standards, we'll then send your store credit notification via email. In unlikely the event that we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, or an
item is lost in transit, we are unable to provide a credit note or refund.
Garments must be completely free from odours and visible signs of wear. Garments that smell of perfume, perspiration, and other odours will not be eligible for exchange. Tags must be attached and not damaged. Please take care to confirm your garments meet the return standards before shipping to avoid disappointment.
