The following Terms & Conditions apply to all gift cards purchased online at bybettinaliano.com unless otherwise stated:

- Gift cards can only be used online at bybettinaliano.com;
- Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash;
- If your order total is less than the value of the gift card, the balance will remain on your gift card to redeem at your next purchase.
- If your order total exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card;
- Only one gift card can be redeemed per transaction online. 
- An item purchased using a gift card cannot be returned for a refund and can only be returned for a gift card re-issue;
- BYBL  is not liable for delivery of a gift card to an incorrect or non-existent address or e-mail address, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser;
- BYBL is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission;
- BYBL reserves the right to cancel a gift card if it is deemed necessary;
- Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards unless otherwise stated;
