How can I stop my jeans from fading ?

Because of the Indigo dyeing process, It is literally impossible to avoid fading over time. However you can prolong this by always turning your jeans inside out before washing, and always use a mild detergent. We recommend any soap formulated to care for wool or delicates. You could also try washing your jeans less frequently

At BYBL we take the extra time and care to make sure that our sizing remains consistant across all of our styles. We recommend that you always check your size on our size guide, before you order. 

Does the quality of the denim used really matter?

What is BYBL's exchange policy for Jeans?

BYBL is committed to customer service. We will exchange an order once and offer free return shipping to you. We will always refund if what you receive is not as prescribed. This includes International orders. We do ask that you use our very accurate size guide to avoid any disappointment

Do BYBL jeans ever sag or loose their shape?

If you follow our washing instructions, this will never happen to BYBL jeans. Because we use the best quality denim from around the world. BYBL jeans are made to last for years (depending on how often you are wearing them ) Also consider that heavier weights of denim will naturally wear for  longer than lighter weights of denim.

Is stretch denim more comfortable than rigid denim?

At BYBL we believe the answer is yes. It is primarily for this reason that we only use stretch denim, with between 1 and 3% elastane, even for our baggier fits. We only use denim that is soft to the touch and never feels stiff. Premium quality stretch denim will also provide the best fit by holding you in and shaping you without ever sagging or loosing its shape. 

Do BYBL jeans gape at the waist ?

If you have a curvy body there is nothing more annoying than the gap at your waist. We combat this by using premium quality stretch denim that moulds to your waist on ALL of our styles. How often should I wash my jeans?

Because we use premium quality denim, we believe that you can wash your jeans as often as you like. However less frequent washing will slow down denim's natural fading process.

How can I avoid Indigo transfer onto shoes, accessories and upholstery?

Indigo dye is in a powder form. When you buy a dark rinse denim, it is possible that a small amount of the Indigo powder residue may be still be present. We recommend that you avoid wearing your new dark jeans with light colored accessories and lingerie and avoid contact with light colored upholstery untill you have washed them at least twice. Buy  jeans in a lighter wash to completely avoid this potential problem. At BYBL we do our best to oversea that this never happens.

Yes, Bettina is founder of the BYBL brand and is completely 'hands on' in the design and manufacturing process.  Bettina has over 3 decades of experience in the denim and fashion industry. 

How long will my jeans order take to arrive?

We don't always have stock available for immediate delivery in every size. We advise to allow from 1-3 weeks for dispatch of your order. Feel free to contact us and ask for more specific information

Can you alter the length of the jeans for my order?

Yes you can provide us with your in leg measurement and we will alter your order, free of charge. However your order will be considered as a Final Sale. With no refund or exchange offered for size or fit. Email us your enquiry.
