Refund & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality. We can provide you with an Exchange or Credit Note for 'change of mind' for full priced items only where:

  • The goods are in their original packaging, and with all tags still intact.

  • The goods have not been worn, altered, damaged, washed or dry cleaned.

  • The goods are received by us within 14 days from receiving the order.

  • The original purchase receipt, as proof of purchase, and completed ‘returns form’ is provided.

Alternatively, after careful review of your item, we will provide a refund for items that are:

  • Faulty (unless caused by you).

  • Have been wrongly described.

  • Are different to the goods that you ordered.

Please note: BYBL by BETTINA LIANO reserve the right to repair or replace faulty items where applicable.

All returns must be received to BYBL by BETTINA LIANO eboutqiue within 14 days with proof of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Returns received after this period will not be accepted. Once the item/s claimed have been received into our office, you will be notified of the outcome via email within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card used for purchase.

Return postage costs are at the customer’s expense, however we will refund the return postage cost if BYBL by BETTINA LIANO is found at fault.

SALE RETURNS

Please consider sale/discounted purchases carefully, as we do not offer exchange, refunds or credit notes on these items unless the merchandise is faulty or wrongly described.

Please contact us to request an ‘exchange and returns form’. To assist our team in servicing your claim please include a brief description in your email.

Please include the completed ‘exchange and returns form’ and purchase receipt in your return package.
