Online Returns Policy

FULL PRICE ITEMS: Price online purchases returned to the online store due to a change of mind, are eligible for a refund, exchange, or return voucher.  For Australian Customers, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your original order delivery date. For International we require email notification within 7 days. 

SALE ITEMS: SALE items can only be returned for an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE. Exchanges can only be fulfilled for items of the same value (subject to stock availability). If stock is not available you are eligible to receive a credit note. An exchange is only accepted once, against the original order, and will not qualify for a further exchange or refund based on a change of mind. SALE ITEMS (International Delivery): These online purchases are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling).

OUTLET ITEMS: These online purchases are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). All discounted items are labeled 'FINAL SALE'.

Kindly Note: you only need to cover the cost of your return shipping back to our online warehouse. Once your return is received your exchange item will be shipped free of charge. 

PROMOTION POLICY: Full-price items purchased on promotion are eligible for a refund. By Bettina Liano deems a full price promotional item to be a full-priced item marked down for a limited time that will return to its original price after the promotional period ends. Sale items purchased on promotion will be marked as ‘Exchange Only’ and will not be eligible for a refund or credit note.  By Bettina Liano deems a promotional sale item to be a sale item marked down for a limited time that will return to its original sale price after the promotional period ends (subject to further mark downs). Outlet items purchased during an outlet sale will be marked as ‘Final Sale’ and will not be eligible to be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note based on change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). The terms and conditions for each promotion can be viewed on the product page under the ‘Details’ tab during the promotional period.

ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return or exchange on eligible items due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.

Change of mind returns/exchanges are not accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items purchased in-store cannot be returned to By Bettina Liano Online store.

Where a purchase does qualify for a refund, this can be made to the original payment method only. If the original payment method was a gift card or credit note, a new return voucher will be issued as refund. Where the original payment method is not available, a return voucher will be issued.

A re stocking fee 10% of the purchase price, plus original cost of postage, will be deducted from 'change of mind' refunds.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  All cash refunds will be refunded to the account used to purchase the goods. All change of mind refunds will attract a 10% of the purchase price, re-stocking fee. By Bettina Liano reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by  By Bettina Liano, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
